After owning a successful residential design/build construction company in Southern California for 25 years, my wife Nancy and I decided to make our dream of moving to the Big Island come true in 2004. When we completed our own home, we decided to take our years of experience to help others fulfill their dreams here in beautiful Hawaii.

Our hands-on approach and experience enables us to guide clients through each phase of the building process, and we welcome and encourage client participation from start to finish. With our experience and creativity, and the help of our network of other professionals such as realtors and architects, we can assure you find the perfect site for your new home. We will guide you through the design, planning and material selection, as well as through the construction stages, such as permitting, and association approval procedures. We will manage every detail of the construction of your new home or remodel, and can advise you on the logistics and costs of actually making the move if this is to be your permanent residence.
